Items that do not read “In Stock” in shipping cart are not in stock. Estimated shipping time is provided for out of stock items in your cart. Your order will ship when all items are available. Items marked “All Sales Final” may not be returned at any time.

Shipping Information
Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (est) will be processed the next business day.
Transit times include business days only (Monday - Friday). National Holidays are not counted as business days.
Saturday, Sunday, and order days do not count as a shipping day for all delivery methods For example, order by 2:00pm on Thursday with "2 Day" option, your order would be delivered on Monday. Friday & Monday, = 2 days.
Shipping Methods
The 48 Contiguous US Shipping Policy
Gustwiller's will ship to Continental United States destinations via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please provide a shipping address that accepts all carriers. Standard shipping for all orders is $9.95 Free Standard Shipping offer applies to orders shipped to the 48 Contiguous United States only. You'll receive Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (excluding sales tax). Please see map above for non-guaranteed, estimated delivery time. Please allow an extra few days during peak holiday season(s). Other promotions such as "Free Shipping" stated on our pages will be applied to your order. Expedited services for Monday thru Friday delivery are available during checkout. Call toll free 877-523-6390 for guaranteed Saturday delivery - there is no option for this online.
Any request from a customer for a specific shipping carrier will be reviewed on an individual order basis. Using only a PO box for a shipping address may incur additional charges. Gustwiller's reserves the right to ship any package with the provider of our choice without prior authorization. Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address that accepts all carriers. Gustwiller's cannot accept responsibility if we have been given incomplete or incorrect information. Packages returned for any of the following are subject to restocking and/or reshipment charges: incomplete/incorrect addresses or refused packages.
Gustwiller's cannot accept responsibility for delays due to Acts of God, which include, but not limited to unforseen occurrences, natural disasters, and weather conditions.
International Shipping (Gustwiller's does not currently ship outside the US)
International shipments are shipped using UPS services or United States Postal Service (USPS). Most customers have the option to choose their desired service during checkout. There can be NO shipments of Levi Strauss & Company or Jockey products to any address outside of the United States for any reason at any time.
Levi Strauss & Company has a 6 unit limit purchase policy in place to control non-consumers from accumulating products for resale elsewhere. The use of “Freight Forwarders” or any exporting service is permitted. However, responsibility to delivery to the Final Destination is between the exporter and the customer.
A preview of shipping charges are available during checkout before the order is completed.
Returns
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our free shipping & exchange policy applies to the lower 48 states only with standard service.
Returns or exchanges must have all original packaging and manufacturer's tags to receive a full refund. Large bulk shipments or items returned without manufacturer's tags or original packaging will be assessed a restocking fee at our discretion. Altered merchandise cannot be returned. All items including any defective merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days. Exception: For orders shipped between November 1st - November 30th the return deadline is extended to January 31. All defective goods will be inspected by Gustwiller's Clothing, Inc.
Worn shoes are not returnable, unless defective. Shoes that you return or exchange must be in the condition that you received them and in the original box. Please do not use the shoe box for packing. Please put a bag over the shoe box or place in another shipping box. We will not accept shoes back with shipping labels or tape on the original shoe box. Gustwillers does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the shoe manufacturer.
Returned or exchanged items must be sent pre-paid freight. Return shipping charges are at your expense. Returned merchandise will be credited to your original form of payment. For exchanges, actual charges or a minimum of $9.95 will be applied to your original form of payment to ship the exchanged merchandise if the value of exchanged merchandise is below $50.
Upon receipt of your return we will notify you via e-mail (if on record or provided) the status of your return or exchange.
How to return or exchange
Fill out the Packing Slip that came with your order. Any shipments coming from the manufacturer will not have this form. Please include your name and phone number on the return form. Also, mark the return or exchange box with a description of the item you need to exchange or other necessary comments in the box provided. For exchanges include a style number, size, color, width (for shoes only), and quantity in the comments box. You may use the shipping label provided at the bottom of the return form or send the return/exchange to the address below.
